UGC & Community Creator

You'll run @zoomies.co across Instagram and TikTok, build a 100-strong network of dog-creator partners, and turn rescue stories into the most-shared corner of dog-internet.

What you'll do

  • Plan, shoot, and edit ~5 short-form videos per week for Instagram Reels and TikTok
  • Build and manage a roster of 80-120 dog-creator partners for ongoing UGC
  • Run the monthly rescue-shelter spotlight series end-to-end
  • Respond to DMs and comments in the brand voice within 4 hours during UK day
  • Own the content calendar and report on what works every fortnight

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years producing short-form video for a brand (or a creator with a 10k+ following you've built yourself)
  • You can edit in CapCut, Premiere, or your tool of choice
  • You love dogs (non-negotiable)
  • Comfortable on-camera, comfortable behind it
  • Based anywhere in the UK with the means to film
Bonus points: your own dog has a TikTok.

Lead Toy Designer & Product Engineer

You'll own the toy roadmap from sketch to shelf. Sit between our manufacturing partners and the chew lab, and ship 6-10 new toys a year.

What you'll do

  • Sketch, prototype, and source materials for new toys
  • Design and run structured durability and safety testing
  • Own relationships with our manufacturing partners
  • Make the call on what ships and what doesn't, back it with data

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in industrial or product design
  • Fluent in CAD (Fusion 360, Solidworks, Rhino)
  • You've shipped at least 5 physical products to market
  • A strong opinion about materials
  • Understanding of pet-toy safety standards, or willingness to learn fast
Bonus: experience with veterinary or pet-industry products.

Pack Care Specialist (Customer Support)

You're the human behind help@zoomies.toys. Reply within an hour, process returns without making people fill out a form, and build the help-centre.

What you'll do

  • Reply to inbound email and Instagram DMs within 60 minutes during 9am-6pm UK
  • Process returns, replacements, and refunds with zero friction
  • Build and maintain the help centre, FAQ, and shipping pages
  • Flag product issues to the Toy Designer when patterns emerge
  • Report top customer complaints to the founder every Friday

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in customer support for a small DTC brand
  • Fast, clear, kind written communication
  • Comfortable with Shopify admin, Gorgias, Help Scout, or Front
  • A bias toward just refund them over follow the script
  • UK time zone, working hours 9 to 6 with one weekend day every 6 weeks
Bonus: experience in pet, fashion, or food DTC.
