How fast do you ship?
Every UK order is tracked and takes 8–12 business days to arrive. We'd rather tell you that upfront than surprise you on day nine — you'll have the tracking link the whole way.
Can I track my order?
Yes — every order ships tracked. Your tracking link lands in your inbox as soon as the parcel is on the move.
When is shipping free?
UK orders over £50 ship free. Under that, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are and what's in the box.

What if my dog doesn't like it?
It happens — dogs have opinions. You have 30 days: check the refund policy for what's covered, then drop us an email and we'll work it out.

Which size should I get?
Match the size to your dog's weight, not their attitude — the size guide has weights and breed examples. When in doubt, size up.
What do the chew levels mean?
Every toy is labelled from Gentle to Beast. Gentle suits careful mouths and puppies; Power and Beast are built for dogs who treat toys as a challenge.
Are the toys safe to leave with my dog?
Always supervise play, especially with a new toy. Retire anything that's damaged or coming apart, and keep toys out of reach of children. No toy is indestructible — whatever the dog thinks.
How do I clean them?
Warm water and mild soap, then air dry. And retire any toy that's coming apart — that's a chew victory, not a cleaning problem.
